You should portray a positive image of yours.Keep yourself physically fit.In any situation of stress,learn to relax yourself through meditation.Be in yourself.Do not pretend of what you are not.Learn the art of conversation and public speaking.Your confidence is directly proportional to your capabilities.So khudi ko kar buland itna ki khuda bande se puche ki bata teri raza kya hai.
